We Have Theories About What Makes For a Good Event

In the spirit of Halloween, I want to introduce myself, your (until now) ghostwriter: Mia. I’m a socialist, bartender, writer, and a proponent of going outside and staying outside.

I seek events that are, in no particular order: free or cheap, an entry point to a political project, a big ass party, a challenge to think, an opportunity to talk shit about your boss, an invitation to talk to a stranger, an assault on property values, an invitation to go for a walk, an experiment in a new kind of culture, and a reflection of the creativity and endurance of working-class life in the Bay Area.

Here's to another week of fun and games for the possessed and the dispossessed...
